About the Event
The story portrays an African-American family, the Youngers, who strives for an Ameican Dream while living in Chicago The family receives an insurance check from the deceased father, Big Walter and now they must make an important decision about what to do with it.
"A Raisin in the Sun" is presented by special arrangements with Samuel French, Inc., a Concord Theatericals Company.
The show is family-friendly. It will be presented in American Sign Language (ASL) and spoken English. Closed captioning will be provided as well.
